NATURE OF RISK

The mission of this project seeks to serve others for their highest good, with their best interest at heart. It is with transparency that Sunlight Ministries shares a few primary potential risks with interested members, prior to consent and agreement. Upon signing, the member consents to the following primary risks and takes full care and responsibility upon themselves:

Possible allergic reaction to product ingredients

Possible adverse reaction from misuse of products

Interactions with pharmaceutical drugs

Possible adverse reaction if product is used after expiration/rancidity

Possible adverse physical response to the product due to individual sensitivities

Possible response according to the body's healing response

*Risks involved in experiencing this modality with the Ministry are not exclusive to this list. Our ideal members seek to self-educate in addition to the valuable information we provide in order to make educated decisions.

We do our very best to offer, teach and educate on products and protocols, but when interacting with information and products, the member is conscious and self-responsible.

CONSENT

1) I consent to the application and/or submission of applicable materials to the Ministry for the approval of myself as a Member.

MEMBERS FREEDOM OF CHOICE

1) Members make educated decisions to choose whom they would like to contract with for any care, in any sense, of their mind, body or spirit, within the association, including independently contracted service providers and any other Unincorporated Trusts, Associations or Charities associated with the Ministry, which have been consensual and approved by the Association(s) and noted within Meeting Minutes.

2) To be in communion with the Ministry, Members may use any media platform to accomplish their right to associate and accomplish the Ministry’s purpose or Mission(s).

3) We exercise our free will and self-responsibility to make educated decisions about any offerings, whether directly offered by the Ministry or not, which may benefit or influence the human physiology, anatomy, energetic body, mind or spirit, especially by ways of attempting treatments, support, restoration or regeneration.

DIFFERENCES OF DOMAIN

1) Considering the nature of alternative care Members of the Association may offer me, and understanding the Private Domain is a separate entity than that which may cover my health care in the Public Domain, I am conscious of the fact that Sunlight Ministries does not receive ANY monetary support or reimbursement to provide for my desires, needs, contracts or any agreements with any offering offered by Sunlight Ministries and any unincorporated entities associated with Sunlight Ministries. Given the fact that the Ministry and its Members contract under common law with other Members, I have clarity that all situations that require resolution require direct interaction with the Ministry, Ministerial Guides, other Ministry Leadership and/or appropriate ecclesiastical law.

2) I understand that this Ministry may not participate in medical and liability insurance and neither is applicable to the jurisdiction of this Private Ministry and its Contracted Service Member(s). I agree not to seek any remedy for relief in the Public Domain.

3) Further, I understand that this Ministry and its Service Member(s) do not keep privacy of records according to other jurisdictional law such as the FDA, FTC, Medicare, Medicaid, my person’s insurance company, or the State Medical Board, as I lawfully refuse to share outside the Private Domain of the Ministry, according to this Members Agreement.

4) I understand that any supplementary or primary learning opportunities presented to me by this Ministry are offered with the best intentions and do not seek to misrepresent information or endanger myself or my young, but to create a thriving space for exploration and discovery. I consent to full risk responsibility should I, or my young, participate in any in-person gatherings or routine events. I am aware this can include water and other nature-based or animal risks. I do not hold the Ministry, care givers, or Ministry Service Members, liability or to public regulation standards of care in learning environments.

5) I agree that all records, papers, processes and information is kept within the Ministry between the contract of the Ministry, the Member and the Service Member(s) only unless expressly written and signed

in agreement to be released to another entity among the three parties, which includes myself. I agree that a violation of this process-especially to this clause to submit for relief to a public insurance entity and/or to release any binding papers of my care- would result in a no contest legal proceeding against me.

6) Further, I agree not to file a lawsuit in nature of malpractice, civil, or any other suit, against a fellow Member, Ministry Leader or Service Member of the Association, unless that member has maliciously forced me to a “clear and present danger of substantive evil” of “criminal intent.” If some such danger arises, I will make a prompt grievance report to the Association for an equitable decision against the other Member, Ministry Leader or Service Member. With peace, I know that every Member of this Private Ministerial Association has my best interest at heart and does not become a Service Member or Ministry Leader without full alignment in the Ministry’s Intentions & Values, as they are with God in their spirit serving with genuine care and a divinely gifted guidance.

MEMBER CONTRACT

1) I understand that I may withdraw my Members Agreement from Sunlight Ministries at any time, but that I will be recorded as being a Member for the duration of time that I was.

2) I understand that members fees of this ministry can be accomplished whether by way of entering a website, signing a physical or electronic form, making a physical attendance, purchasing an offering or subscription, or any other means relevant to the nature of the process in which this Ministry provides service to others—and have been clearly communicated to me and should be clearly communicated to me in advance should they ever be amended.

3) In alignment with the Values set forth, and with deep respect for Sunlight Ministries and the Missions and Intentions of those serving in Ministry Leadership, I affirm that my activities within the Private Association are a private, contractual matter that I refuse to share with any outside jurisdiction, including Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. Further, I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action outside of the tribunals of Sunlight Ministries, and according to the process(es) to accomplish resolution made aware to me by The Association.

4) I have read and understood the works within this Members Agreement and feel fulfilled of the benefits, rights and over standing Spiritual Authority empowered in me through my consensual contract with Sunlight Ministries. Any questions that I have self-responsibly made the Ministry aware of by my own conscious, accountable voicing, were answered thoroughly- and are of satisfaction to my being- for the forming of my educated decision to contract with the Association.

5) I choose, standing on my own free will, to enter this change to my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member and consent to become a general member of the Private Ministerial Association that is Sunlight Ministries, with Rapunzel as one of its Projects. I agree to contract with Sunlight Ministries and those serving with Rapunzel Project. Further, I agree to uphold my role, in alignment with the Values and integrity of Sunlight Ministries, and respect the privacy of those above while using our products and services in pursuit of holistic healing.

By checking the consent box and completing a purchase on Rapunzel, I consent to the content on this Members Agreement.
